Assistant Manager (General): A two-year postgraduate degree or postgraduate diploma in any discipline. Assistant Manager (Technical): B.Tech. or B.E. in Agriculture, Food Technology, Food Science, Food Science and Technology, Food Technology Management, or Biotechnology. Assistant Manager (Finance): A Commerce graduate with three years of post-qualification experience in Finance and Accounting, or a graduate in any discipline with CA Intermediate or CMA Intermediate. Assistant Manager (Engineering—Civil): B.E. or B.Tech. in Civil Engineering. Assistant Manager (Engineering—Electrical): B.E. or B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering or Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Assistant Manager (Engineering—Mechanical): B.E. or B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering. Junior Executive (General): Graduation in any discipline and working knowledge of computer applications and MS Office. Junior Executive (Technical): B.Sc. in Agriculture, Botany, Zoology, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Food Science, or Chemistry, along with working knowledge of computer applications and MS Office. सहायक प्रबंधक (सामान्य): किसी भी विषय में दो वर्षीय स्नातकोत्तर डिग्री या स्नातकोत्तर डिप्लोमा। सहायक प्रबंधक (तकनीकी): कृषि, खाद्य प्रौद्योगिकी, खाद्य विज्ञान, खाद्य विज्ञान एवं प्रौद्योगिकी, खाद्य प्रौद्योगिकी प्रबंधन या जैव प्रौद्योगिकी में बी.टेक. अथवा बी.ई.। सहायक प्रबंधक (वित्त): वाणिज्य में स्नातक के साथ वित्त एवं लेखांकन में डिग्री प्राप्त करने के बाद तीन वर्ष का अनुभव, या किसी भी विषय में स्नातक के साथ CA इंटरमीडिएट अथवा CMA इंटरमीडिएट। सहायक प्रबंधक (इंजीनियरिंग—सिविल): सिविल इंजीनियरिंग में बी.ई. या बी.टेक.। सहायक प्रबंधक (इंजीनियरिंग—इलेक्ट्रिकल): इलेक्ट्रिकल इंजीनियरिंग या इलेक्ट्रिकल एवं इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स इंजीनियरिंग में बी.ई. अथवा बी.टेक.। सहायक प्रबंधक (इंजीनियरिंग—मैकेनिकल): मैकेनिकल इंजीनियरिंग में बी.ई. या बी.टेक.। जूनियर एग्जीक्यूटिव (सामान्य): किसी भी विषय में स्नातक तथा कंप्यूटर एप्लिकेशन और MS Office का कार्यसाधक ज्ञान। जूनियर एग्जीक्यूटिव (तकनीकी): कृषि, वनस्पति विज्ञान, प्राणी विज्ञान, जैव प्रौद्योगिकी, सूक्ष्मजीव विज्ञान, जैव रसायन, खाद्य विज्ञान या रसायन विज्ञान में बी.एससी. के साथ कंप्यूटर एप्लिकेशन और MS Office का कार्यसाधक ज्ञान।
